Director
Matthew Harrod is a co-founder of Fenside Consulting. He has over 20-years of experience in business management and consulting, and specialises in project management with in-depth knowledge of agile, waterfall and IT project management methodologies. Matthew is passionate about helping businesses achieve their full potential, and works closely with his clients to develop practical and effective solutions that are designed to last. On a personal level, Matthew enjoys swimming, collecting old vinyl, real ale, and walking his rescue dog.
Kate Harrod
Director
Kate Harrod is a co-founder of Fenside Consulting. She has over 25-years of experience in journalism, multi-media broadcasting, copywriting, and communications, all at a local, national, and international level. Kate is committed to helping businesses leverage social media to increase brand visibility, improve audience engagement, generate leads, and drive growth. She works closely with clients to develop customised communication and marketing solutions. On a personal level, Kate enjoys the seaside, dogs, alliteration, and is partial to a good gin and tonic.
